Fall Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 TBSP mayonnaise
  • 1 Tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 Tsp sriracha (or to taste)
  • Pinch salt
  • Splash  pickle juice 
  • Chives (for garnish)


Step 1

Slice each hard boiled egg in half and remove the cooked yolks to a small bowl.

Step 2

Add in the mayo, mustard, salt, pickle (sweet or dill) juice, and sriracha. Add more or less sriracha depending on the heat level you prefer. It just gives a little kick and a nice orange color. Mix well or whip with an electric mixer.  

Step 3

Pipe the filling mixture into each egg half. I use repeated vertical stripes to give a pumpkin-like look. Use a piping bag with a small round tip or simply use a storage bag with a corner snipped off. 

Step 4

Finally, use a small piece of chive as a pumpkin stem garnish.
